目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎的的临床疗效。方法:将100例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各50例,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上加用中药自拟方治疗,对照组给予西医常规治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为92.0%、74.0%,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性肾炎具有较好疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic nephritis. Methods: 100 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and the control group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine. The curative effect was compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 92.0% and 74.0% respectively, with significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic nephritis has a good effect.
