1损坏经过及程度某厂制造的一台卧式内燃型锅炉,组装完毕,在吊运过程中,由于钢丝绳突然折断,锅炉掉落,与地面上放置的一集箱短节相撞,造成筒体(材质为20g,厚度14mm)底部凹陷变形。变形面积,直径约φ320mm,深度为12mm。 2处理方法分析处理锅炉变形的方法一般有如下几种: 2.1加热顶圆这是通常采用的方法。但是该锅炉已组装完毕,特别是锅壳与炉胆之间的空间很小,用此法难于施工,不能采用。
