高大,魁梧的北京市高级人民法院刑一庭副庭长刘京华给我的感觉正像影视剧里的法官一样充满英武之气。1950年出生,1968年到黑龙江建设兵团,并一呆就是十年的刘法官,曾作为民兵参加过珍宝岛自卫反击战。从建设兵团返城以后,刘京华又在北京空军一家军工厂呆过两年。在我国颁布第一部刑法、刑事诉讼法后,1979年9月高级法院招干,刘京华有幸进入法院工作,从此一干就是21个年头。 刘京华对公检法的感情可能更多
The tall and burly Beijing Supreme People’s Court sentenced Liu Jinghua, vice president of the Criminal Court, to give me the feeling of being just as full of might as a judge in a film and television drama.
