为探讨补肾壮骨中药治疗去势雌性大鼠所致骨质疏松症的疗效，应用细胞形态立体计量学测试方法测试实验大鼠股骨上段成骨和破骨细胞体密度及数密度的变化。结果表明，（去势＋中药）组成骨细胞体密度、数密度较去势组上升（Ｐ＜０．０５），接近于假手术组；（去势＋中药）组破骨细胞体密度、数密度较去势组下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），接近于假手术组。提示，补肾壮骨中药不但能抑制骨吸收，而且还具有增加骨组织形成的作用，从而有利于骨质疏松症的预防和治疗。 To explore the therapeutic effect of Bushenzhuanggu treatment on osteoporosis induced by ovariectomized female rats, cell morphology stereotaxometric test was used to test the changes of osteogenesis and osteoclast body density and number density in the upper femur of the experimental rats.
