土地革命战争时期,以刘志丹、谢子长、习仲勋为代表的中国共产党人,克服重重困难,领导当地军民创建了陕甘革命根据地。它既是红军长征的落脚点,又是八路军挺进华北进行敌后抗战的出发点,在中国革命战争史上具有重要地位和作用。中国共产党人在创造陕甘革命根据地的过程中积累了丰富的经验,主要是:始终把工作重点放在农村,坚决实行工农武装割据;坚持开展武装斗争,大力发展革命军队;坚持把武装斗争同农民运动相结合,巩固和扩大革命根据地;充分发挥人民战争的优势,根据具体情况采取灵活机动的战略战术;团结一切可以团结的力量,建立最广泛的革命统一战线。陕甘革命根据地斗争的伟大实践及其经验,对实现中国共产党在新形势下的强军目标,具有一定的启示意义。
During the Agrarian Revolutionary War, the Chinese Communists represented by Liu Zhidan, Xie Zichang and Xi Zhongxun overcame various difficulties and led the local army and people to establish the revolutionary base areas in Shaanxi and Gansu. It is not only the foothold of the Long March of the Red Army, but also the starting point for the Eighth Route Army to advance into northern China for the war of resistance behind enemy lines and to play an important role in the history of the Chinese revolutionary war. The Chinese Communists have accumulated rich experience in the process of creating the revolutionary bases in Shaanxi and Gansu. They mainly focus on: always putting the work in the rural areas firmly and resolutely implementing the armed separatism between the workers and peasants; insisting in carrying out the armed struggle and vigorously developing the revolutionary army; Combine the peasant movements and consolidate and expand the revolutionary base areas; give full play to the advantages of the people’s war and adopt flexible and tactical strategies and tactics according to the specific conditions; and unite all forces that can be united to establish the broadest revolutionary united front. The great practice and experience of the struggles in the revolutionary base areas in Shaanxi and Gansu are of some enlightenment to the realization of the goal of strengthening the army under the new situation.
