习近平同志在2013年8月召开的全国宣传思想工作会议上开宗明义地指出:“经济建设是党的中心工作,意识形态工作是党的一项极端重要工作。”意识形态是中国特色社会主义建设的理论基石,担负着整合社会力量,阐释社会制度合理性,维护国家思想基础的职能。我国目前正在进行的经济转型、社会转型必然会引起思想观念领域的变化。腐败现象严重的冲击着我党的执政基础,因而廉政教育成为我国新时期意识形态建构不可或缺的重要内容。为此,加强廉政教育基地规划和建设十分必要,是保证我国廉政教育和执政发展的基础。本文将以合肥某廉政教育基地为例,针对廉政教育基地的建设展开探讨。
