牡丹江林校的专业技术职务评聘工作已形成了一整套行之有效的操作程序和方法,曾在《中等林业教育》1990年第2期上介绍了《专业技术职务评聘实行“八公开”》的经验材料。六年多来,我们通过深化改革,使评审推荐方法和程序,尤其是在对中专教师系列中、高级专业技术职务量化评审方面不断得以完善。本文仅就我校拟定的《教师系列晋升中级专业技术职务量化评审表》和《教师系列晋升高级专业技术职务量化评审表》(附后),做如下简要说明。1.两份量化评审表,是根据黑龙江省人事厅

Two quantitative assessment form is based on the personnel department of Heilongjiang Province
