以彭迪.哈克拉为团长的芬兰林业专家代表团于1985年1月21日至2月2日对我省进行了为期十三天的友好访问。在此期间,考察团对我省的三岔子、松江河等林业局的木材生产进行了详细地实地考察,并和有关专业人员作了广泛地讨论。在此基础上,考察团对我省的木材生产等提出了很好的建议。现摘要如下: 1.资源方面:吉林林区将来的林业生产能力要远远地超过目前的采伐水平。但是,这一生产能力受到森林资源不足的限制。解决这一问题的最好办法是加强造林、更新和森林管
A 13-day goodwill visit to our province from January 21 to February 2, 1985, by a delegation of Finnish forestry experts headed by Penthou Haqra, During this period, the delegation conducted a detailed field investigation of the timber production of forestry bureaus such as Sanchazi and Songjianghe in our province and discussed extensively with relevant professionals.
