本文通过对1995-2008年中国30个省市的面板数据分析,发现贸易发展对我国环境污染的综合效应为正,即贸易发展会加重我国的环境污染。其中规模效应为正,但作用较小,正的结构效应与负的技术效应部分抵消。并且,贸易对环境的影响主要表现在出口方面。可以通过加速产业结构升级、制度建设和转变贸易发展模式消除贸易对环境的消极影响。
This article analyzes the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 1995 to 2008 and finds that the comprehensive effect of trade development on China’s environmental pollution is positive, that is, the trade development will aggravate the environmental pollution in our country. The scale effect is positive, but the effect is small. The positive structural effect and the negative technical effect are partially offset. And the impact of trade on the environment mainly in the export side. The negative impact of trade on the environment can be eliminated by accelerating the upgrading of industrial structure, institution building and changing the mode of trade development.
