针对精细过滤水质处理系统的不足,采用SiemensPLC替换原有的PLC系统,实现对90个调节阀在精滤系统生产全过程的监测和控制,实现现场触摸屏监控和就地操作相结合,手动控制和自动控制相结合,彻底实现整个精细过滤系统生产工艺全过程处于受控状态。
In view of the shortcomings of the fine filtration water treatment system, Siemens PLC was used to replace the original PLC system to realize the monitoring and control of the 90 regulating valves in the whole production process of the fine filtration system.
