《中西法律传统》系中南财经政法大学法律文化研究院主办的学术集刊,由陈景良教授和郑祝君教授共同主编,李栋副教授担任执行主编。自2001年创刊以来,至今已总共出版八卷,其中第1-5卷由中国政法大学出版社出版,第6-9卷改由北京大学出版社出版。本刊是中国法律史学会主办的《法律史论集》之后又一本作为法律史专业学术阵地的连续系列出 “Chinese and Western Legal Traditions” is a collection of academic journals sponsored by the Institute of Legal Culture of Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. Co-edited by Professor Chen Jingliang and Professor Zheng Zhujun, Associate Professor Li Dong serves as executive editor. Since its publication in 2001, a total of eight volumes have been published so far, of which volumes 1-5 are published by China University of Political Science and Law Press and volumes 6-9 are published by Peking University Press.
