纤维素酶-微波辅助提取银杏叶总黄酮及抗氧化性能研究

研究了纤维素酶-微波辅助提取银杏叶总黄酮的工艺,并对乙醇提取法、纤维素酶辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法和纤维素酶-微波辅助提取法4种工艺进行了对比,结果表明,采用纤维素酶-微波辅助提取法工艺效果最佳,最佳条件为:纤维素酶质量分数为5%(与银杏叶的质量比),酶解时间为1 h,酶解温度为50℃,累计微波时间为2 min,乙醇质量分数为70%,液料比为30∶1,此时,银杏叶总黄酮的提取率达到3.96%,是乙醇提取法提取率的2.6倍。 The technology of cellulase-microwave-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Ginkgo biloba leaves was studied and compared with four extraction methods: ethanol extraction, cellulose-assisted extraction, microwave-assisted extraction and cellulase-microwave assisted extraction The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: the mass fraction of cellulase was 5% (mass ratio to Ginkgo biloba), the enzymolysis time was 1 h and the enzymolysis temperature was 50 ℃, the total microwave time was 2 min, the mass fraction of ethanol was 70% and the ratio of liquid to material was 30:1. At this time, the extraction rate of total flavonoids in Ginkgo biloba reached 3.96%, which was 2.6 times of the extraction rate of ethanol.
