采用铸锭冶金法制备了7075铝合金,研究了不同回归再时效工艺(RRA)对该合金力学性能的影响,并用电子显微探针与SEM扫描电镜分析了7075铝合金显微形貌变化。结果表明:经过RRA工艺处理的7075铝合金,抗拉强度与T6态合金相当,伸长率达到了9.4%,比T6态合金的伸长率提高了30.9%,且微观组织中的细小弥散型强化相明显增多,断裂韧性提高较大,拉伸性能增强。
The 7075 aluminum alloy was prepared by the ingot metallurgy method. The effect of different recycle re-aging process (RRA) on the mechanical properties of the alloy was studied. The microstructure of 7075 aluminum alloy was analyzed by electron microscopy and SEM. The results show that the tensile strength of 7075 aluminum alloy treated by RRA is equivalent to that of T6 alloy, the elongation reaches 9.4% and the elongation of alloy T6 increases by 30.9%, and the microstructure of fine dispersion The strengthening phase obviously increases, the fracture toughness increases greatly, and the tensile properties increase.
