污水危害物对人体、土壤、大气具有不良影响,传统检测污水危害物方法成本昂贵、检测效果差,为此提高了一种基于拉曼光谱技术的污水危害物检测方法。该方法通过进行标准拉曼光谱参数迭代收敛,估计出检测参数和检测结果的最大似然性,给出最佳检测结果,并进行了拉曼光谱技术对氰化物和多环芳烃的检测,描述了拉曼光谱谱图表述出的检测信息,并通过实验进行本文方法与其它检测方法的实例对比,结果表明,该方法能够检测危害物的检测精度,具有很强的检测灵敏性。
Sewage hazard has adverse effects on human body, soil and atmosphere. The traditional methods of detecting sewage hazards are expensive and poorly tested. Therefore, a detection method of sewage hazard based on Raman spectroscopy is improved. This method estimates the maximum likelihood of detection parameters and test results by iterative convergence of standard Raman spectroscopy parameters, gives the best detection results, and carries out Raman spectroscopy detection of cyanide and PAHs, describing Raman spectroscopy spectrum of the test information, and through experiments with the other methods of detection methods and examples of comparison, the results show that the method can detect the detection of hazardous substances with a strong detection sensitivity.
