我厂生产的柱塞高压泵,工作压力为320kg/cm2,其中缸体部分是该种泵的心脏,材料选用 ZQA19—4青铜。缸体周向七个柱塞孔及中心花键孔均甚小,只能浇成实体铸件。在砂型铸造时使用大冒口进行补缩,采用底注式带有过滤纲的开放性浇注系统,防止气化渣的产生。两者所占的比重相当大,工艺出品率只达50%,而且质量不够稳定。我们研究采用离心浇注的方法获得成功。
