目的:研究青龙衣胶囊抗肿瘤活性。方法:采用含药血清用MTT法对人肺癌A-549、胃腺癌SGC-7901、乳腺癌MCF-7细胞生长的抑制活性,筛选出最敏感瘤株接种裸鼠体内,进行抗肿瘤活性研究。结果:含药血清对人胃腺癌SGC-7901细胞最敏感,作用72h后抑瘤率达83.9%(P<0.01);青龙衣胶囊给药21天可见裸鼠瘤体积的增长非常缓慢,监测结果显示对给药后期抑瘤作用最强,抑瘤率可达61.8%(P<0.01)。结论:青龙衣胶囊具有明显抗肿瘤活性。
Objective: To study the anti-tumor activity of Qinglongyi capsule. METHODS: MTT assay was used to study the inhibitory activity of human lung cancer A-549, gastric adenocarcinoma SGC-7901, and breast cancer MCF-7 cells. The most sensitive tumor strains were selected and inoculated in nude mice for antitumor activity study. Results: Drug-containing serum was most sensitive to human gastric adenocarcinoma SGC-7901 cells, and the tumor inhibition rate was 83.9% after 72 hours (P<0.01). The growth of tumor volume in nude mice was very slow after the administration of Qinglongyi capsule for 21 days. Showed the strongest anti-tumor effect after the administration, tumor inhibition rate of up to 61.8% (P <0.01). Conclusion: Qinglongyi capsule has obvious anti-tumor activity.
