在激光技术问世之前,用轨基方案测定轮轨冲角是一个十分困难的课题,长期未得到解决。本文提出激光轮轨冲角测定装置,采用轨基方案测定轮轨冲角。轮轨冲角的测定对研究轮轨接触、进而解决轮轨磨耗及脱轨问题、保障行车安全具有重要的意义。本测定仪可在营业现场直接使用,在性能上超过了亚太经社理事会(ESCAP)的冲角测定装置。
Prior to the advent of laser technology, the determination of the angle of attack of the wheel-rail with the rail-based solution was a very difficult issue that had not been solved for a long time. In this paper, a laser wheel and ramp angle determination device is proposed, which uses the rail-based scheme to measure the wheel and ramp angles. Determination of wheel and ramp angle of wheel and rail contact in the study, thus solving wheel and rail wear and derailment problems, to ensure traffic safety is of great significance. The analyzer can be used directly at the business site, surpassing the ESCAP angle of attack measuring device in performance.
