利用激光为光源,借助于光栅产生的光的衍射现象,实现了一种新干涉云纹法。该方法原理清楚,光路简单,而且是非接触式的。由于是干涉云纹,其测量精度可以很高。另外一个重要特点是,它对试件栅栅线的反差要求不高,故可以用在氧化情况严重的金属高温热应变的测量中。 Using the laser as the light source, a new interference moiré method is realized by means of the diffraction phenomenon of the light generated by the grating. The principle of the method is clear, the light path is simple, and it is non-contact. Due to interference moire, the measurement accuracy can be high. Another important feature is that it is less demanding on the contrast of the grating lines of the test piece and therefore can be used in the measurement of high temperature thermal strain of metal which is seriously oxidized.
