通过实验研究比较了单级引射和双级引射混合式低压加热器的加热特性,结果表明在0.28MPa进汽压力下,双级引射和单级引射相比,引射系数提高了120%;单级引射的出口水温随进口水温的升高变化较为明显,但整体出口水温较低,仍达不到要求;双级引射的出口水温随进口水温的升高几乎没有变化,但出口水温较高,均在100℃以上,可以满足电厂低压加热器大气除氧的要求。双级引射器在综合性能上比单级引射器要好,因而对加热温度要求较高的情况,可以采用双级引射。
The heating characteristics of single-stage and two-stage ejector hybrid low-pressure heaters were compared by experimental results. The results show that the ejector coefficient of double-stage ejector is higher than that of single-stage ejector under 0.28MPa inlet pressure 120%. The single-stage outlet water temperature changes more obviously with the increase of inlet water temperature, but the overall outlet water temperature is still lower than the standard. The outlet water temperature of double-stage outlet nozzle hardly changes with the increase of inlet water temperature, However, the outlet water temperature is higher, both above 100 ℃, to meet the power plant low-pressure heater oxygen deaeration requirements. Two-stage ejectors in the overall performance than the single-stage ejector is better, so the heating temperature is higher, the situation can be used two-stage injection.
