著名数学家坡利亚曾统计,学生毕业后,研究数学和从事数学教育的人占1%,使用数学的人占27%,基本不用或很少用数学的占70%。现代数学教学的主要目的和任务早已不再是简单的知识传授及方法传导,而是通过数学教学,在掌握知识和方法的同时,培养学生的各种思维能力。对于大多数学生来说,掌握数学思想方法和思维方式比形式化的数学知识更重要。因此,在数学教学过程中,要把高效思维能力的培养放在重要的位置,在保障学生充分体验学习过程的基础上,尽量缩短无效时间,再把无效时间转化为有效利用,实现高效数学课堂的目标。
