吸入电焊烟尘致大鼠肺纤维化作用研究

本实验采用国内常用的低氢型碱性焊条结507和钛钙型酸性焊条结422两种焊条的烟尘进行静式吸入染尘,烟尘浓度分别为50mg/m~3和200mg/m~3。实验结果表明两种焊条都能引起全肺胶原蛋白含量的增高。病理观察在染尘后3个月尘细胞灶内可见到少量网织纤维,染尘6个月(200mg/m~3浓度组)和12个月(50mg/m~3浓度组)在尘细胞灶周围出现少量纤细的胶原纤维。以上结果以结507-200mg/m~3浓度组较结422组明显。各脏器组织元素含量分析表明,肺内铁、锰的含量明显高于正常对照组。 In this experiment, the commonly used domestic low hydrogen alkaline electrode junction 507 and titanium calcium acid electrode junction 422 two types of electrode soot dust inhalation, dust concentration were 50mg / m ~ 3 and 200mg / m ~ 3.
