在现代工业生产中,电子秤得到了广泛的应用。随着生产自动化程度的提高和称量技术的改进,电子秤的应用将更广泛。因此,掌握电子秤的原理、结构、安装、使用和维护等问题,已成为日益迫切的需要。 建立在杠杆力平衡原理基础上的机械秤,是大家熟悉的称量装置。它的称量精度,决定于秤杆的尺寸和秤砣的重量。而这两个量可以做到很精确,因此秤的精度也可以做到很高。但这种秤也有许多缺点(主要是机械结构复杂,只能设置在固定地点,称量时间慢,刀口易磨损,维修量大),因而在应用上受到限制。
