“置换研修”模式是利用高等师范院校即将毕业的优秀本科生或硕士研究生到农村中小学顶岗实习,将农村中小学教师从教学岗位上置换出来,到高等师范院校参加时间相对较长的集中研修的教师培训模式。置换研修的理想效果是实现顶岗实习学生与置换研修教师的“双赢”。为达到这一目的,就必须在研修方案设计、研修教师学习指导、多元化培训方法应用以及实习学生有效指导方面不断探索、创新。
