正常剂量阿托品引起严重药物毒副反应罕见报道。笔者报道3例如下。一、病史摘要例1:男性,60岁。上腹部不适2年,3个月前胃镜诊断为胃息肉,本次作内镜微波治疗。术前肌注阿托品0.5mg(芜湖市制药厂生产,批号910719),注射后5分钟患者诉头昏,视物模糊,口干,心慌,胸闷,全身松软不能站立。继之出现燥动,答非所问,诉下腹部发胀,小便不能自解。体检:神清,面潮红,两瞳孔散大8mm,心率160次,律齐,心电图示窦性心动过速,即给于安定及补液治疗,经8小时后恢复正常。例2:男性,62岁。反复发作上腹部胀痛10余年。经腹部B超诊断为胆囊炎,胆囊多发性结石。既往有窦性心动过缓电。手术前作阿托品激发试验,试验前心电图检
Atropine caused a serious dose of side effects of rare drugs rarely reported. The author reported 3 cases as follows. First, history Abstract Example 1: Male, 60 years old. Upper abdominal discomfort 2 years, 3 months ago gastroscopy diagnosis of gastric polyps, the endoscopic microwave treatment. Preoperative intramuscular injection of atropine 0.5mg (Wuhu Pharmaceutical Factory production, batch number 910719), 5 minutes after injection patients complain of dizziness, blurred vision, dry mouth, palpitation, chest tightness, loose body can not stand. Followed by dry action, non-questioning, swollen abdominal complaints, urine can not self-solution. Physical examination: Shen Qing, face flushing, two mydriasis 8mm, heart rate 160 times, law Qi, ECG showed sinus tachycardia, that given to the stability and rehydration therapy, returned to normal after 8 hours. Example 2: Male, 62 years old. Recurrent upper abdominal pain for more than 10 years. Abdominal ultrasound diagnosed as cholecystitis, gallbladder multiple stones. Past sinus bradycardia.
