Corning Display Technologies China President An Jie and executive director of Liangjiang New Area Management Committee Tang Zongwei signed an investment agreement at the ceremony. The new back-end processing plant will be the second LCD glass substrate factory Corning invests in mainland China. Corning also has an LCD glass melting and back-end processing facility in Beijing.
