目前,全球经济尚未完全走出国际金融危机的阴影。扭转世界经济持续性放缓的根本路径,在于提高全球经济体生产效率,提升全球价值链分工水平,特别需要加强国际产能合作,重构全球价值链。我国提出的“一带一路”倡议,是一个跨越亚欧等区域地区、强调与相关各国互利共赢、推动新一轮经济全球化增长的重大倡议。着眼于构建“一带一路”的全球价值链合作机制,不仅可以为我国产业转移与产业升级提供机遇,也势必会推动新一轮全球贸易的繁荣型增长。 At present, the global economy has not completely out of the shadow of the international financial crisis. Focusing on building a global value chain cooperation mechanism for the “Belt and Road” can not only provide opportunities for the industrial transfer and industrial upgrading in our country, but also surely promote the booming growth of the new round of global trade.
