用分子免疫染色法在术中鉴别人体周围神经感觉纤维。方法:在动物实验已成功的基础上,分离提取新鲜人体脊神经元特异蛋白,将其作为抗原制备了鼠抗人感觉神经元特异蛋白本克隆抗体。用食用亮蓝标记单克隆抗体后,直接对人体周围神经于断面进行染色的实验研究;并为临床6例周围神经损伤患者进行了术中染色,整个染色过程仅需30分钟。结果:感觉神经纤维呈清晰蓝色,从而获得了满意结果。结论:该法特异性强,显色快,应用范围广,是鉴别周围神经功能束的一种特异、可靠、准确的方法
Molecular immunostaining for the identification of peripheral nerve sensory fibers in the body during surgery. Methods: Based on the successful animal experiments, the novel human spinal neuron-specific protein was isolated and purified and used as the antigen to prepare the mouse anti-human sensory neuron specific protein monoclonal antibody. After the monoclonal antibody was labeled with edible bright blue, the peripheral nerve of human body was directly stained in the cross section. Six cases of peripheral nerve injury in clinic were stained intraoperatively, and the whole dyeing process took only 30 minutes. Results: The sensory nerve fibers were clearly blue and satisfactory results were obtained. CONCLUSION: This method is specific, reliable and accurate for distinguishing peripheral nerve function bundles with its fast color development and wide application.
