应用JCXA-733型电子探针扫描电镜和SKC-2000型光透射粒度测定仪对钡钨阴极钨粉的某些物理特性作了较详细的分析;并对钡钨阴极压坯断口形貌、钡钨阴极表面状态与阴极发紂电流密度性能的关系进行了对比试验;运用颗粒表面物理理论论述了钡钨阴极钨粉某些物理特性的内在规律,对粉末分级方法和材料研究具有实际意义。
Some physical characteristics of barium tungsten cathode tungsten powder were analyzed in detail by JCXA-733 electron probe scanning electron microscope and SKC-2000 light transmission particle size analyzer. The fracture morphology of barium tungsten cathode compact, The relationship between the tungsten cathode surface state and the cathode current density was compared. The internal laws of some physical properties of barium tungsten cathode tungsten powder were discussed based on the theory of particle surface physics, which had practical significance for the powder grading method and material research.
