作者自59年始以5％鱼肝油酸钠囊内注射治疗舌下粘液囊肿至今,经临床长期观察认为此法简便易行,经济疗效好,可免反复手术治疗的痛苦。治疗方法:口腔消毒后,以注射器抽出全部或绝大部分囊液,后于囊腔内注入加麻药的5％鱼肝油酸钠,用量依囊肿大小,病人年龄和体质情况决定。每次治疗视局部反应情况,一般间隔5～7天,有的一次可愈,一般两次即可痊愈,最长者达7次方痊愈。
