In the field of language learning, experts and scholars refer to the influence of native language learning on foreign language learning as the phenomenon of mother tongue transfer. The transfer of mother tongue is multifaceted, including knowledge, skills, methods, principles, attitudes and so on. The author believes that in the high school stage, the influence of mother tongue on students’ English written expression is more negative transfer, that is, previous mother tongue learning played a disturbing or even obstructive negative effect on the subsequent foreign language learning
