为有效评价矿工习惯性违章行为(HVB),在多期混合多属性决策方法(MPHMADM)基础上,从矿工个体、组织管理、作业环境安全度3方面确定矿工HVB惯性度驱动因素及不同因素属性。首先引入动态混合加权聚合算子(DHWA),集成煤矿不同时期的HVB惯性度评价值;然后采用逼近理想解排序法(TOPSIS),对HVB惯性度驱动因素进行惯性度评价并排序;最后以大安山煤矿为例进行方法应用,结果表明:MPHMADM评价结果与管理专家实际评价结果一致。根据排序结果,HVB干预可重点从组织管理方面入手,其次是矿工个体、作业环境安全度。
Based on MPHMADM, in order to effectively evaluate miners habitual violation behavior (HVB), the miner HVB’s inertia degree driving factors and different factors’ attributes are determined from the aspects of miner’s individual, organization management and operating environment safety. . Firstly, the dynamic mixed weighted aggregation operator (DHWA) is introduced to integrate the HVB inertial evaluation values at different periods of the coal mine. Then, the approximation ideal solution ordering method (TOPSIS) is used to evaluate and rank the inertia of the HVB inertial factors. Finally, The results show that the evaluation results of MPHMADM accord with the actual evaluation results of management experts. According to the ranking results, HVB intervention can focus on organizational management, followed by miner individual, operating environment safety.
