This article describes the design of anti-virus software curing circuit. It uses a capacity of 1K × 8 MASK ROM to achieve. The design of the decoder and the unit are introduced in detail. The unit adopts the parallel polysilicon bit line, the code point is selected by the lead hole, and the code point of the unit is programmed automatically.
