为了更好地贯彻十一届六中全会的精神,搞好水利系统工作着重点的转移,使《水利科技》在我省经济调整时期发挥更大的作用,经省水利厅同意,决定成立江西《水利科技》编委会,并于1981年12月22日在省水科所召开了第一次会议。12名编委除2名因故缺席外,其余10名均出席了会议。会议由程应杰同志主持。黄永坚同志介绍了《水利科技》自1975年创刊以来的组稿、审稿、出版发行情况。
In order to better carry out the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee and do a good job in the transfer of water conservancy systems, make “water conservancy science and technology” play an even greater role in the period of economic restructuring in our province. With the agreement of the provincial water conservancy department, we decided to establish Jiangxi “Water Conservancy Science and Technology” Editorial Board, and in December 22, 1981 held its first meeting in the provincial water science. Twelve editorial board members were absent except for two reasons, and the remaining ten attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Cheng Yingjie. Comrade Huang Yongjian introduced the group draft, review draft, and publication and release of “Science and Technology for Water Conservancy” since its publication in 1975.
