执行文化的概念执行文化的产生源于执行力。所谓执行力,是指主动按要求完成既定目标任务的能力。执行力的本身并不强调工作性质、工作时间及工作困难程度等内在特征,它只要求工作的过程和结果。这也就是说,执行力包含了两方面的内容:一是执行过程中为达成预期目标所体现的路径选择力和方法创造力;二是为工作目标的实现所需要付出的全部努力。
The concept of execution culture The execution culture arises from execution. The so-called executive ability, refers to the initiative to complete the required objectives and tasks as required. Executive power itself does not emphasize the inherent characteristics of the nature of work, working hours and work difficulties, it only requires the work process and results. That is to say, the executive power contains two aspects: first, the path selection force and method creativity embodied in the process of implementation to achieve the desired goals; and second, all the efforts needed to achieve the goal of work.
