高职计算机软件人才教育虽然发展迅速,取得了一定的成果,但是人才质量还远未达到企业的用人标准,未被社会广泛认可。本文从高职计算机软件人才培养现状进行深入分析,探讨出人才培养过程中存在的问题,然后针对问题,提出了现实可行的高职计算机软件专业人才培养策略,以期提高人才培养质量。
Although the rapid development of computer software talented education in higher vocational schools has yielded some achievements, the quality of talented personnel is far from meeting the employers’ standards and has not been widely recognized by the society. This paper analyzes the present situation of computer software talents training in higher vocational colleges, explores the problems existing in the process of personnel training, and then puts forward the practical training strategies of computer software professionals in order to improve the quality of personnel training.
