针对装甲车辆传动系统中传动轴扭矩监测难度大、误差大等问题,提出了可测试传动轴的设想。简要概述了可测试传动轴的设计思路,提出了可测试传动轴承载能力系数的计算方法,实例分析比较了传动轴开槽前后的最大等效应力,研究了开槽长度、深度、圆角半径等参数对可测试传动轴最大等效应力的影响,计算了不同开槽尺寸传动轴的承载能力系数。
In view of the difficulty of torque monitoring of transmission shaft in armored vehicle transmission system and its large error, the concept of testable transmission shaft was put forward. The design method of testable drive shaft is briefly introduced. The calculation method of testable drive shaft bearing capacity coefficient is put forward. The maximum equivalent stress before and after drive shaft is compared and analyzed. The influences of slot length, depth, fillet radius And other parameters on the maximum equivalent stress that can be tested on the drive shaft, the bearing capacity coefficient of the drive shaft with different slotted dimensions was calculated.
