一、工艺原理:该工艺是受丝绸能抛光有机玻璃的启示,选择适宜的材料自制抛光磨石砣,从而达到“柔中有刚,以柔克刚”的良好效果。 二、工艺流程:施工准备(开始细磨)—→清洗地面—→第一坎抛光—→第二次抛光—→第三次抛光。 三、工艺特点:水磨石地面经抛光后,不再需要刷草酸和打蜡;表面光洁度好,有镜面效果;不易被腐蚀和污染;使用寿命一般都高于未抛光的水磨石地面,还可节约维修费用。
