目前医院住院病案存档方法甚多,基本方法大体有三种:一种是按病案号顺序存档,一种是按病区分科住院号顺序存档,再一种是按疾病系统的十八大类编号存档.我院多年来也运用过多种存档方法,但随着国家对中医院的分级管理标准要求已不相适应,尤其是病案管理走上微机化管理的今天,更需要使病案存档方法纳人微机管理的轨道,实行信息管理标准化,更好地为医疗科研,管理信息提供优质服务.我院对病案存档方法在原来的基础上,改用了尾号分科存档法,经过试用,认为比原法优越.现将此法介绍如下.
