随着我国经济社会的不断发展,各个行业也得到了非常大幅度的提升,企业的信访工作也面临着新的形式。本文从煤炭企业信访管理体系的角度出发,探究如何做好信访管理体系优化设计工作,文章首先对信访管理进行了简要阐述,重点分析研究了信访的内涵以及当前信访工作的主要特点;然后根据当前信访工作具体情况,列举了信访管理体系存在的主要问题,接着对存在的问题,提出了相关的建议,文章最后对企业信访管理体系进行了优化设计。
