目的评价垸内钉螺孳生地全面综合治理消灭钉螺的效果。方法以环境改造为主,采用沟渠硬化、降滩建平台、沟渠扩洗、开新填旧、开挖鱼池、土埋等方法,辅以药物杀灭钉螺进行全面综合治理后1~2年,开展螺情监测,评价近期灭螺效果。结果2004~2006年春季,对全市331处、395.00hm2垸内钉螺孳生地进行了综合治理。有螺处数、有螺面积由2004年的299处349.67hm2降至2006年的60处49.90hm2,分别下降了79.93%、85.73%;活螺平均密度、活螺框出现率分别下降了90.80%、69.59%;感染螺平均密度和钉螺感染率降至0,钉螺死亡率由4.53%上升到12.03%;灭螺效果显著。各种治理方法以建鱼池和降滩建平台效果最好。结论垸内钉螺孳生地全面综合治理既消灭了钉螺,又促进了水利建设、农田灌溉和农业生产,是一种有效的防治措施。
Objective To evaluate the comprehensive and comprehensive control of snail breeding in the embankment. The method is based on environmental improvement. There are snails, snail area from 299 in 349.67hm2 in 2004 dropped to 60 49.90hm2, decreased by 79.93%, 85.73%; live snail average density, the occurrence of live screw box decreased by 90.80% , 69.59% respectively. The average infection density and the infection rate of snails decreased to 0, the mortality of Oncomelania snails increased from 4.53% to 12.03%, and the snail killing effect was significant. A variety of management methods to build fish ponds and lowering the beach built the best platform. Conclusion The comprehensive and comprehensive management of snail breeding in embankment not only eliminates snails, but also promotes water conservancy construction, farmland irrigation and agricultural production, which is an effective control measure.
