本文给出了在某铸造厂的制芯车间增加存储砂芯的立体仓库的设计过程中,利用生产仿真技术帮助设计人员确定最为经济的投资方案的应用实例。介绍了利用生产仿真技术建立虚拟生产系统的基本过程、方法,以及如何利用生产仿真模型进行不同方案的评估。
This paper gives an example of the application of production simulation technology to help designers determine the most economical investment scenario in the design of a three-dimensional warehouse that adds storage sand cores in a foundry’s core shop. The basic process and method of establishing virtual production system by using production simulation technology are introduced, and how to make use of production simulation model to evaluate different schemes.
