阻生牙在人群中的发生率为25%～50%,常导致牙列不齐、咬合关系紊乱、邻牙牙根吸收等,对口腔功能和美观都有较大影响。上颌尖牙阻生在临床中较为常见,对口腔正常功能和美观影响较大。本文就上颌尖牙阻生的病因、诊断及治疗作一综述。
Impacted teeth in the population incidence of 25% to 50%, often leading to malformations of the dentition, occlusal disorders, adjacent teeth root resorption, etc., have a greater impact on oral function and appearance. Maxillary canine impaction is more common in clinical practice, affecting the normal oral function and aesthetics. This essay summarizes the etiology, diagnosis and treatment of maxillary canine impaction.
