在我国以前的《船规》中,对曲轴强度的校核以静强度理论为依据,其计算结果同曲轴的实际动态应力情况差别较大。本文推荐的曲轴强度计算公式,是以曲轴承受交变负荷的情况下,按动态应力和疲劳破坏的机理提出的,使计算结果同曲轴实际应力状态更为接近,并为我国现行的《船规》所采纳。
In our previous “ship gauge”, the verification of the crankshaft strength is based on the static strength theory, and the calculation results are quite different from the actual dynamic stress of the crankshaft. The calculation formula of crankshaft strength recommended in this paper is based on the mechanism of dynamic stress and fatigue failure under the condition of crankshaft subjected to alternating load so that the calculated results are closer to the actual stress state of crankshaft and the current “ ”Adopted.
