目的研究心脏超声对高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者的诊断价值。方法选择2013年4月-2015年4月来我院体检中心进行体检的70例健康人员(对照组)以及入住我院治疗的78例高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭患者(对照组)作为研究对象。分别进行心脏超声诊断,比较两组患者的心脏彩超指标以及心脏彩超与心功能分级之间的关系。结果观察组患者LVDd、LAD以及E/Ea值均显著高于对照组,而LVEF显著低于对照组;随着心功能分级的增大,患者LVDd、LVEF、LAD以及E/Ea值均有变化;以上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。其中LVDd、LAD以及E/Ea值与心功能分级成正相关(P<0.05),LVEF则与心功能呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论心脏超声操作简单,对身体无害,安全有效,能明确显示患者心腔内的结构,可准确诊断高血压左室肥厚伴左心力衰竭,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of echocardiography in hypertensive patients with left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular failure. Among them, LVDd, LAD and E / Ea were positively correlated with cardiac function classification (P <0.05), while LVEF was negatively correlated with cardiac function (P <0.05). Conclusions Echocardiography is easy to operate, safe and effective to the body, and can clearly show the structure of the heart cavity in patients. It can accurately diagnose left ventricular hypertrophy and left ventricular hypertrophy in hypertensive patients. It is worth popularizing and applying.
