成年雄兔10只(A组)行单侧输精管授精,10只(B组)行双侧输精管结扎后再单侧输精管授精,10只(C组)行双侧输精管结扎。然后按自身对照比较对三组均进行连续12个月的抗精子抗体检测。结果表明,采用补体依赖性精子制动试验(SIT)和微量凝集试验(TAT)、A、B组在术后3个月均测出血凝集和制动抗体;C组在术后6个月均测出血凝集和制动抗体;A组28.6%和C组20%的家兔在术后6个月时测出精浆制动抗精子抗体;精浆凝集抗体均呈阴性。术后12个月时三组均未测出抗体。此项实验表明,成年雄兔自身不产生抗精子抗体。经输精管结扎或(和)授精后均会产生抗精子抗体。
Ten adult rabbits (group A) underwent unilateral denervation and ten (group B) underwent unilateral denervation with vas deferens ligation. Bilateral vasectomy was performed in 10 (group C). Then according to their own control comparison of three groups were carried out for 12 consecutive months of anti-sperm antibody test. The results showed that hemagglutination and immobilized antibodies were detected in group A and group B at 3 months postoperatively by using SIT and TAT. In group C, The hemagglutination and anti-sperm antibodies were detected in 28.6% of A patients and 20% of C patients at 6 months after surgery. Anti-sperm sera antibodies were all negative. Antibody was not detected in all three groups at 12 months after operation. This experiment shows that adult male rabbits do not produce anti-sperm antibodies themselves. Anti-sperm antibodies are produced by vasectomy or (and) insemination.
