目的了解大学生自杀意念与其人格和日常生活事件的关系,为学校心理健康教育和预防工作提供依据。方法采取分层整群抽样方法,对408名在校大学生进行问卷调查,使用SPSS 11.0统计软件包对资料进行统计处理。结果有无自杀意念者在开放性(t=-2.30,P<0.05)、尽责性(t=-2.34,P<0.05)上有显著性差异,呈现负相关,在神经质上有非常显著的差异(t=7.33,P<0.01)和正相关,在外倾性上有非常显著的差异(t=-2.68,P<0.01),呈负相关;在日常生活事件上,除丧失因子之外,在应激总分和各应激事件上均显示有显著差异。结论日常生活事件中的人际关系、学习压力、健康适应都可能成为自杀的导火索,尤其要关注那些情绪表达过强,易怒的学生。
Objective To understand the relationship between college students’ suicidal ideation and their personality and daily life events, and to provide a basis for school mental health education and prevention. Methods By stratified cluster sampling method, 408 college students were surveyed and the data were processed by using SPSS 11.0 statistical package. Results There was a significant difference in the openness (t = -2.30, P <0.05) and conscientiousness (t = -2.34, P <0.05) (t = 7.33, P <0.01). There was a significant difference in the extraversion (t = -2.68, P <0.01), which was negatively correlated. In the daily life events, except for the loss factor, The total score and the stress events showed significant differences. Conclusion Interpersonal relationships, study stress, and health adaptation in daily life events may become the trigger of suicide. In particular, students who are emotionally overrelated and irritable should be paid attention to.
