本文叙述了用日本岛津DT—2A型差热分析仪热膨胀附加装置测定固体物质热膨胀系数的方法。该膨胀计用纯铜(99.95%)在RT—900℃温度范围进行了标定、以求得仪器常数。用已知膨胀系数的Fe和Ni检验,其膨胀测量的准确度为±2.5%。通过线膨胀测量计算了石墨和玻璃钢两种复合材料的体膨胀率,并用曲线拟合法求得体膨胀率近似计算公式。
This article describes the method of determining the coefficient of thermal expansion of a solid material by using the thermal expansion device of Shimadzu DT-2A differential thermal analyzer. The dilatometer was calibrated with pure copper (99.95%) at a temperature range of RT-900 ° C to obtain the instrument constant. With the known expansion coefficient of Fe and Ni test, the expansion measurement accuracy of ± 2.5%. The volume expansion rate of graphite and FRP composite materials was calculated by measuring the linear expansion, and the approximate calculation formula of body expansion rate was obtained by curve fitting method.
