本文采用定量分析与定性分析相结合、归纳分析与实证分析相结合的理论,细致梳理了黑龙江省农业类高职院校发展现状,并对黑龙江农业工程职业学院和黑龙江农业科技职业学院的创新人才培养实践进行实证分析,在此基础上,归纳总结了黑龙江省农业类高职院校在新型人才过程中存在的不足。最后针对不足,提出农业高职院校加快培养新型人才的对策,主要对策如下:一是从政府宏观调控角度提出完善新型人才培养的机制体制,建立新型人才培养评价机制。二是从农业类高职院校自身角度提出农业类高职院校应该加强师资队伍建设;调整专业结构,优化课程设计;准确定位人才培养目标;构建“双主体”人才培养模式等。
In this paper, a combination of quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis, a combination of inductive analysis and empirical analysis of the theory, a detailed review of the development of agricultural vocational colleges in Heilongjiang Province, Heilongjiang Agricultural Engineering Vocational College and Heilongjiang Agricultural Vocational College of Technology professionals On the basis of this, this paper sums up the shortcomings of agricultural higher vocational colleges in new talent in Heilongjiang Province. Finally, according to the shortcomings, this paper puts forward the countermeasures of agricultural higher vocational colleges to speed up the training of new talents. The main countermeasures are as follows: Firstly, it puts forward the mechanism of perfecting the cultivation of new talents from the perspective of government macro-control and establishing a new evaluation system of personnel training. Second, from the point of view of agricultural higher vocational colleges, it puts forward that the agricultural higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of teaching staff; adjust the professional structure, optimize the curriculum design; accurately locate the goal of personnel training; and build the “dual subject” talent training mode.
