2014年1月11日,中国知识产权法学研究会传统医药专业委员会筹备暨学术会议在京召开。委员会旨在整合传统医药官、产、学、研资源,搭建国家级优秀传统医药项目汇交、应用平台,建立传统医药法律体系,为传统医药的传承、发展、推广保驾护航。中国知识产权法学研究会会长、人民大学知识产权学院创始院长刘春田教授、中国中医科学院中国医史文献研究所所长柳长华教授等专家学者出席会议。会上代表们就传统医药知识产权保护与非物质文化遗产等问题进行交流。
On January 11, 2014, the Preparatory and Symposium of Traditional Chinese Medicine Committee of China Intellectual Property Law Seminar was held in Beijing. The committee aims to integrate the traditional medical officers, production, study and research resources and establish a national excellent traditional medicine project delivery and application platform to establish a traditional legal medicine system to protect, promote and promote the traditional medicine. Professor Liu Chuntian, the founding president of Intellectual Property Institute of Renmin University, Professor Liu Changhua, director of Chinese Medical History Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and other experts and scholars attended the conference. At the meeting, representatives exchanged views on issues such as the protection of intellectual property of traditional medicine and intangible cultural heritage.
