目的分析200例儿童呼吸道感染性疾病患儿EB病毒IgG、IgA、IgM抗体和EB-DNA表达及年龄状况。方法选取2014年1月-2015年12月医院收治的200例儿童呼吸道感染性疾病患儿为观察组和同期100例无呼吸道感染的患儿为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患儿的EB病毒IgG、IgA、IgM,采用荧光定量PCR法检测患儿的EB-DNA;观察两组患儿EB病毒IgG、IgA、IgM抗体和EB-DNA表达情况以及年龄分布状况。结果观察组EBV-IgG、EBV-IgA、EBV-IgM表达显著高于对照组,EB-DNA显著低于对照组,且EBV-IgG、EBV-IgA、EBVIgM和EB-DNA检测阳性率均高于对照组(P<0.05);<8岁的患儿EBV-IgG、EBV-IgA、EBV-IgM和EB-DNA的阳性检出率随着年龄的增长而呈现出不断上升的趋势,但>8岁患儿的EB-DNA检测阳性率有小幅度的下降,EBV-IgG、EBV-IgA、EBV-IgM检查阳性率仍呈上升趋势。结论 EB病毒IgG、IgA、IgM抗体和EB-DNA性疾病患儿中的表达较无呼吸道感染患儿表达不同,且根据年龄不同而存在差异,对疾病的诊断、治疗以及检测复发具有一定的价值。
Objective To analyze the expression of Epstein-Barr virus IgG, IgA, IgM and EB-DNA in children with respiratory tract infectious diseases in 200 children and their age. Methods From January 2014 to December 2015, 200 children with respiratory tract infection in children admitted to the hospital were selected as the observation group and 100 children without respiratory tract infection as control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Epstein-Barr virus IgG, IgA and IgM. The EB-DNA in children was detected by real-time quantitative PCR. The EBV IgG, IgA, IgM antibody and EB-DNA expression and age distribution in the two groups were observed. Results The expression of EBV-IgG, EBV-IgA and EBV-IgM in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, EB-DNA was significantly lower than the control group, and the positive rates of EBV-IgG, EBV- IgA, EBVIgM and EB- (P <0.05). The positive rates of EBV-IgG, EBV-IgA, EBV-IgM and EB-DNA in children <8 years old showed an increasing trend with age, The positive rate of EB-DNA test in children was slightly decreased, and the positive rate of EBV-IgG, EBV-IgA and EBV-IgM still showed an upward trend. Conclusion The expression of Epstein-Barr virus IgG, IgA, IgM antibody and EB-DNA is different from that of children without respiratory tract infection and is different according to the age, which is of value to the diagnosis, treatment and detection of disease recurrence .
